Mommies, what did you and your honey do for Vday and how did it turn out?
My husband and I ended up just sitting at home with our daughter watching movies, but it was nice anyway. He brought me a fountain pop which a lot of you know is my other true love, lol, he also brought me flowers, chocolate, and he bought me an exercise machine, new ring, and new phone. I think all in all I had a pretty awsome Vday this year.
I hope you all enjoyed it too. I would have just been happy with spending the nday with him, butI'm also soooo happy with my gifts.

I'm glad you had a good Valentines Day!! My husband and I got to go out fo the first time since the twins were born, (1 month old). We were able to have family watch all of our kids, so it was nice! He took me out to eat, bought me chocolate and flowers, and gave me a full day at the spa certificate. Which all you mommies know is highly valuable, lol. And then we snuggled and did some other things =) So now I am awake, and it sucks because I miss my kids, but I will see them soon! Hope everyone else had a great One!!

Considering it was my birthday and Vday... it sucked.. I've been emotional anyways and since my fiance had to work I was taking care of our now 1 month old son (turned 1 month today) and when he got home from work I was going to make us a special dinner... but he wasn't hungry so it sat in the fridge ready to be made...and by the time he was hungry I was already asleep with our son in our room because it took me 2 hours to get him to calm down to sleep... needless to say.. it actually sucked..

I am glad you had a good Vday! Ours was great! We spent it together as a family and our friends went out of town so we had their kids over for a slumber party! Our daughter is 2 and is just now understanding vday!

Well, i love my gift. It was my engagement ring. The only thing is, its two years late and he gave it to me two days early. It was also our anniversary but i think he thought it would cover that. On the actual day he wouldn't get out of bed till 3 in the arvo leaving me to look after DD who's got the chickenpox. So i went about m usual morning and afternoon activities till he gets up to tell me he had to go to work at 5.30. I asked him weeks ago to get the night off and he said he had. And i ended up spending the 2 hours we had together on the phone cos he wanted to play his stupid PS3. GRRRR i hate males right now!!!

It was a common day like any other. If you have 3 young children there's not much to do...even though it was a happy one :)

My daughter made a card for me with hearts saying "I love you" and my husband brought me a large bouquet of roses. We ended up watching a movie :)

Not really. But I'm very happy for you that you had a nice one.

I no longer have a sweetheart.

My dad's in the hospital so I spent $100 on my mom for him.

Was in traffic jam for over an hour.

My youngest is sick - throwing up.

I had to leave her and go to work, leaving my oldest to take care of her.

Nope nothing. My boyfriend didn't make it. He fell to sleep. I wouldn't be doing anything without the baby. I have two older children I could leave them with the babysitter. I am breastfeeding and she has nothing to do with the bottles. I not a huge fan of valentines day anyways.

Mine was simple but very good!! Grandparents came over and watched baby (shes only 15 days old so it was kinda rough at first to leave her!!) and we went to Red Lobster.. had to wait an hour an 15 minutes, but it was worth it!! Then we went to Giant and he bought me cabbage (HAH! Heard on here it helps with drying up breastmilk??? haha), face wash, and milk! :) I got him a chocolate filled heart thing and chocolate covered strawberries!! :) Yummmmmy!!

I'm pretty sure my mom is having a nic Vday.

My aunt (why? I don't know) sent Dad some really huge crab leggs. So, my dad's taken my mom out to the lake. I'm sure he fixed a really nice dinner for them.

(he can cook! XD )

They're gonna get back tomorrow.

While they were gone my sisters and I had a strange time. O_o it was fun till we tried to clean up,

My sister Allison's a big photagrapher, she had seen a lot of pictures on DA where girls had Gold Leaf on their skin, it looked really cool.

She thought it was Interior Gold Leaf, so the two of us went to hobby lobby and got some.

It's a paint btw.... for funiture.

I tested it to make sure I wasnt' allergic to it- and I wasn't. But I knocked over the bottle!!!!! D:

It spilled all over the counter, and started getting in my makeup. I paniced....

And so I didn't know what to do! I just put it all over my hands, then ended up wiht it up to my shoulders, all over my arms!

*sigh*

Didn't mean to use that much. But, I painted my neck and a bit of my jaw.

XD

Allison had better have gotten a lot of good pictures from that- because it's STILL not come off.

And it's a bit strong smelling, I'm worried we got a bit high off it XD (had to open windows)

but, the paint stained the counter a bit. Out with the paint thinner!

Got that cleaned up.

But... it wouldn't come off my skin!!! So, I pored the thinner over my arms and everything. Which made it liquidy, and then just stick to different places.

It's still on my shoulder, and some's on my ear...

I looked up what Alli wanted to do, and it's little foil peices in a gold color. Really thin stuff.

It's also NOT paint.

It was fun though.
