I wish my 10 month old only ate that much! LOL As long as your little guy is growing consistently and is otherwise healthy that sounds like a fine amount of food. Babies this age need as much nutrition as they can get...they also know when they've had enough. I know what you mean about a big baby though...mine is already about 28 lbs and is wearing 24mo/2T clothes.

I have a 1 year old and when she was 10 months she used to have lunch around 12, then nap and maybe a bottle around 3 then dinner at 5-6 and last a bottle before bed!

Actually I don't he's eating that much at all. He's really not getting much between 9:30a and 3pm except for a bottle. There's no reason to limit his intake at this point in time. As long as he sees his Dr. regularly he sounds just fine to me. My little guy used to eat constantly till about 18m. He put on 20lbs in his first year. The Dr. said as long as he can keep it down go for it. The baby is now 2 and absolutely wonderful. I'd actually be giving him more at one sitting. Good luck!

I don't think you are feeding himtoo much. My 11 month old weighs 28lbs and he eats like a cow. He eats 3squares a day plus 4 6oz bottles of milk

No, your baby is NOT eating too much. Babies know when they're full and will turn their heads away, clamp their mouths, push your hand away.. when they aren't hungry anymore. Each baby grows at his own rate and there is a broad range of healthy growth rates. Yours is a quickly growing baby. He needs all the nutrition he can get.

yes he's eating way too much, you need to refigure his meal plan because he is not satisfied with the food he is getting now.also try putting cereal in his milk with some fruit, start by gradually backing off the routine and talk to his doctor if he isn't helpful then go to a nutritionist, they will help you get him on a better feeding schedule and a meal plan.let me know how it works and i hope i was helpful...
