Get a sling. That way you can carry the baby all the time, but still have your hands free. You can do housework and stuff and just sing and talk to the baby the whole time.

Try a infant seat with a vibrating motor in it. The consensus of most moms I have talked to is that 3 months is a magic age for most babies. They just get easier at three months. So hang in there. In the mean time if nothing else works find a good sling or baby carrier and wear you baby

You can try putting him/her down for a short period and gradually increase the time left over a few days/weeks. You mean can't be put down to sleep or just to relax on own? You really just need to be persistant and keep an eye and ear out for the differnt types of cries. Good luck, it is much easier to change new habbits than old ones.

Wow, that is pretty young to be like that, have you tried getting a bouncy seat or swing. There is one by fisher price that has an aquarium so that he/she can look at it. It vibrates and plays music too. Good Luck. BTW..break them from that habit soon...take it from a mom that has a 2 year old a one year old and a 4 week old.

try a gym with lights and rattles that has music. my baby loves it and she's six months old.
