We give her everything, except for cheeses that I don't eat (that really being only processed cheese, I'm a cheese snob).

We don't buy any particular brand of cheese except for our cheap cheddar, that's Cabot and I always buy the seriously sharp 10 year old cheddar. Everything else is just wedges and wheels wrapped in saran wrap from the cheese shop.

My son loves Tillamok Cheddars and mozzarella. He likes mild, sharp and extra sharp cheddars but not white cheddar.

And he also LOVES Dubliner Cheese... There are 3 different Dubliner cheese and I forget the name of the one he likes but it is the one with the gold and green label which is more like cheddar.

He does not like Kraft, hates Kraft cheese actually.

But he likes Horizon American Cheese singles.

That is a link to his favorite cheese. We get it at Trader Joes but it sells at other grocery stores around here too. It is very good.

Oh, he also had cream cheese for the first time this past week and loved it. He got Whipped Philadelphia Cream Cheese on a waffle.

Really depends on the age of your baby. By 10 months my boys could chew the softer chedder cheeses, they also loved cream cheese on crackers or cottage cheese.

Usually chedder, I'm trying different new things each week as one of my resolutions- last weeks was fetta and he really liked it so that's now a regular part of our shopping list!
