If you are not married, the father has very few rights at all. He certainly cannot stop you from choosing to move, and he cannot have custody unless you consent, or are determined by a court to be an unfit parent. Just ignore him- he sounds like someone you and your baby would both be better off without.

No, he cannot stop you if you are only pregnant. Once you have the baby and if there is proof that it is his, it is a different story. In that case, he would have the legal right to prevent his child from leaving the state unless you have gone to court and have full legal custody.

attempt and stay advantageous i'm 17. I stay in my own place, I pay all my expenditures, and that i admire my practically 18 month previous son with all my heart. My dad and mom easily hate my companion, my son's father and characteristic for the previous 3 or so years. issues gets extra advantageous, life is going on. in case you extremely love your companion issues will artwork out. attempt to no longer take each thing to heart, or your toddler would be under pressure alot, and characteristic a more desirable blood stress. wish this helps issues will artwork out at last.

No you have the right to move where ever you want. If you had the baby and left it with him that would be illegal but dont worry it isn't. If he hurts you to try and stop you from going immeaditly call the police

Not unless you have a court order. And since you are only pregnant, my bet is that you do not have one.

no he can not stop you from moving to anywhere. if he keeps threating you with things like that get a restraining order.

the only way that he would be able to stop you is if you were married and were getting a divorce.
