we really wanted a baby. and both of our parents say we a a very good couple. im already 22 and she is 19. and we are expecting a baby in 7 months. but im worried because i dont really have a stable job? just a part-time at the store and she never had a job. i dont have a house or apartment and she doesnt either. we both still live with our parents. the only thing i have is an old shitty car. will i need to get a better job for the baby?

Volunteer someplace and work for free or at least no higher than minimum wage while you learn the job and gain experience. Choose wisely!

Maybe you should've spent your energy on THAT before, rather than on doing the "night moves." But, now you'll have to throw yourself at the mercy of the job market with THREE mouths to feed.

Well, GOOD NEWS!

Babies dont know the difference. Mom needs to be really tuned in, nursing, getting baby on a sleep schedule, etc, just roviding the care and nurturing the baby needs. That is going to be hard work, she's going to be exhausted. You, my friend, will need to check out trade schools. Be VERY SERIOUS about your work. You can do ANYTHING... From the medical field, to iron workers, to electrician apprenticeships.... lots out there. But you've got to get started RIGHT NOW. Get off Yahoo answers and start getting to work!

wow man.. yeah, first step would be getting a stable job and then work your assoff until said child (or children) married or your girl demands child (or children) support. whichever comes first. good luck!

Getting a stable job and being financially responsible for your child are things all good fathers do, yes.

Obviously. Taking care of a baby is a big responsibility, you guys should have taken care of everything before thinking about children.

You think? Is this your long-range plan, to have a baby and live in your parents' house and raise a baby that way? If you are responsible for bringing a baby into the world, then you are responsible for raising it properly. That is going to be difficult without a proper education and a decent job. Start looking into things that you could get training to do. Many trades and technical fields require relatively short training and good wages. Babies are expensive. So are living expenses.
