i am very sorry for your loss.

try these three.

1) [it's actually a song]

Hey down there Smile

Don’t worry, for me.

'cause I'm okay....

--you cared.

No more tears - - -

'cause I'm far from lonely.

I'm far away...

. . You cared

Please don't think the world -

Has taken the best

Of you or me.

I know the love that’s in your eyes

Was there when the sky--

Fell over me.

2)

Death is when your loved ones must depart

Death is a sharp pain to the heart

Death is a feeling of permanent sadness and pain

Death is when your loved ones have forever gone away

Death is a call to heaven or hell

Death is an eternal mansion or cell

Death is a lesson to learn about

Death is a loss, without a doubt

Death is an unhappy feeling to have

Death is unpleasant on anyone's behalf

Death is something we all will go through

Death is a storm waiting to brew

Death is a lingering crow always overhead

Death is a soul, done being fed

3) [written by me; feel free to edit]

He was too young

to be taken away

even though

it's very sad because

his little body has to lay

in a coffin

someday, we'll meet again up in the sky

i wait for that day

i'm sorry because you where to young to die.

my little boy for you we cry.

What Makes a Mother

I thought of you all, I closed my eyes

and prayed to God today. I asked what makes a Mother

and I know I heard Him say,

A Mother has a baby.

This we know is true. But God can you be a Mother

when your baby's not with you?"Yes you can!", He replied

with confidence in His voice,

"I give many women babies,

when they leave is not their choice."Some I send for a lifetime

and other's for a day.

And some I send to feel your womb

but there's no need to stay. I just don't understand this God,

I want my baby here. He took a breath and cleared His throat

and then I saw a tear.

I wish I could show you

what your child is doing today. If you could see your child smile

with other children and say,"We go to earth to learn our lessons

of love and life and fear.

My Mommy loved me oh so much

I got to come straight here.

I feel so lucky to have a Mom

who had so much love for me

I learned my lesson very quick

My Mommy set me free.

I miss my Mommy oh so much

but I visit her each day.

When she goes to sleep

on her pillow's where I lay.

I stroke her hair and kiss her cheek

and whisper in her ear,

Mommy don't be sad today

I'm your baby and I'm here."So you see

my dear sweet one,

your children are OK. Your babies are here in my home

and this is where they'll stay. They'll wait for you with me

until your lesson is through.

And on that day that you come home

they'll be at the gates for you. So now you see what makes a Mother.

It's the feeling in your heart.

It's the love you had so much of

right from the very start. Though some on earth may not realize

that you are a Mother until their time is done.

They'll be up here with me one day

and know you're the best one.

Written with love

for all the Mother's missing their babies

Did you try Google? Just type in poems for baby who died or something like that. Sorry, I wish I could be more help. That is so sad, I will say a prayer for your sis-in-law to be strong. This is probably one of the hardest things she will ever go through.

So sorry to hear about your nephew. Here's a poem I found, you'll have to change the names if you decide to pick it....

There was a new angel sent to the heavens above.

Little Jeffery Ray Jr. became a beautiful angel on August 07 2006.

As many little angels from above sits in the heavens above.

Living a long and eternal and happy life.

Looking down on us and awaiting for his mommy and daddy to meet him at the heavens and join our little angel above.

As he watches from above and is waiting by the heavens gates for us.

But for now he was sent to heaven to be our angel and watch us from above.

As he laughs and plays with the other little angel in the heaven playground.

And hoping he will see his mommy and daddy to live and eternal life with him from above.

As the angels above hold him in their lights

His grandpa Russell and his uncle rusty take him in their arms and await for his mother’s arrival.

But for now he waits at the heavens gates for us to enter the gates of heaven.

Where he will be waiting for us to live eternity together and for ever.

Love always, your loving

I lost my little girl shortly after birth...this poem was sent to me by a stranger and it helped me!

Fallen Sparrow

(author unknown)

A sparrow fell, and no one heard. Nobody cared.

It was just a bird...

From all the numberless flitting throng

of sparrows, who would miss one song?

But God leaned down and whispered, "I care,

That was one of My sparrows, and I was there."

A little boy, a boy from above

A little boy for our family to love.

Our little boy fell! Where were you God?

Our little boy fell! God why weren't you there?

Is it only for sparrow and such that you care?

If you're God at all....then You could haveprevented

This nightmare of pain! So you must have consented,

I've always believed You were loving and good,

I'd like to believe still, if only I could.

But God, if You love me, how can You allow

Such unbearable pain as I'm feeling right now.

Such helplessness...hopelessness...bitter Regret...

So many tears that have fallen and yet

So many more that are still locked Inside.

Oh God...out there somewhere...have You ever cried?

I'm not even sure, anymore that You are real,

But if You are God...do you care how I feel?

Beloved I care in the midst of your grief.

In the midst of your stricken and crumbling belief.

In the midst of the blackness of total despair.

In the midst of your questioning, child... I am there.

"In the midst!" Not far off in some vague fifth dimension,

But there, where you are, giving you my attention.

My constant attention....and not just today,

Since before you were born, I have loved you this way.

You're important to Me, every hair on your head

I have numbered Myself, can these tears that you shed

Go uncounted.......unnoticed? Nay, child, here I stand

Close enough that each teardrop falls into My hand.

I know what you suffer, I know what you'll gain,

If you'll let Me walk with you into your pain.

I'll carry your grief, and your sorrow I'll bear.

You've only to reach out your hand....I am there.

Fear nothing for your Ronan, your dear little boy.

He is safe in My house, and all heaven's a joy.

With the ring of hislaughter, his quick eager smile,

And the things he's saving to show you "after awhile"

Yes, I could have prevented... but, child, you can't see,

With My perfect wisdom, trust Ronan to me.

Of course, you will miss him, but while you are weeping, Remember, it's only his body that's sleeping

His "self" is awake, wide awake As I said,

I am God of the living, not God of the dead.

He trusted Me, and My sure word comes to pass,

Who believes shall not die, that included your lass.

Let Me walk with you now, through the long heavy days.

Let Me slowly begin changing heartache to praise.

Take hold of My hand child, take hold of My love.

I will lead you to joys that you yet know not of.

Your faith may be weak, and your trust incomplete,

But I'll walk not too fast for your stumbling feet.
