someone certified in cpr and have their background checked out.... nanny cams are great if its in ur home also!
Choose someone you feel comfortable with that has no problem with you checking their background out and seeing some cpr certification. You would even want to check these things out and the background of a day care facility. Not all of them are as reputable as others.
Maybe your mom or grandmother might have some more helpful tips also.

Do you not have a family member who could watch her ? Most daycares won't take babies so young and if there is one, I would assume it would be hard to get her in because of the lack of daycares who take such young babies . I face the same dilemma because I need to go back to work and my baby boy is only 8 weeks . Just do a full background check on these people and get to know them before you leave your baby with them . My biggest fear is leaving my baby with someone and him being shaken .

You have to be very careful with anyone you don't know. They could smile to your face and be abusive when they're alone with your child and no one's around. There are people that have that hidden dark nature.
