My 3 month old baby spits up everytime we feed him and my doctor said to use mylicon infant drops. I was wondering if anyone uses these for babies that spit up and how well it actually works. And does anyone have any coupons for it that they would be willing to give me. I have other baby coupons I could trade.

Not all babies who spit up have reflux. Sometimes it IS gas, and they end up spitting up whatever they ate on top of an air bubble. My daughter did really well on Mylicon--but, I found that it made the gas come out the other end, which seemed a little uncomfortable. Her spit-up issues ended up resolved after starting the drops. Also, we found that the Target brand of infant gas drops worked just as well--and they're only $3.

I have used these in the past when my daughter was younger to help with gas, never spitting up. Perhaps changing your childs formula may help the problem as well. I have heard people say that mylicon was worthless to them. I have never known it to help with spitting up personally, but if thats what your doc told you you might as well try it. There are generic versions you can get at wal mart or wal greens or probably any other drug store for cheaper. Also, look for coupons online.

Mylicon is good, but so is the Wal-Mart store brand of baby gas drops, and they are about half the price. If you really want the brand name, cell the 800 # on the Mylicon box and ask for coupons; they are usually more than glad to send them to you

i don't use the mylicon drops because they are so expensive. there is a brand called Little Remedies and they make drops just like mylicon called Little Tummies and are $4 cheaper depending on your area and they work just as well!!!

yes, i use it all the time. it helps spit up, diarrhea and gas. it works really well. i don't have any coupons. but my daughters pediatrician has coupons for mylicon by the check in desk, maybe you could ask his doctor. i have also found them in magazines. when you buy the mylicon most boxes have a two dollar coupon on the inside of the box for future purchases.

My son lived on them and so did my niece. They are perfect for relieving gas, spit up issues, you name it. My son was the king of spitting up, he finally stopped at about 13 months but when we gave him the drops, it seemed much better and he wasn't irrated by it. My niece was an extremely gassy baby and needed them almost after every feeding it seemed. Helped her mom greatly. Good luck and we don't have any coupons. You don't really find them all that often. Try the dr. office. My dr gave me a free sample once and some coupons.

Those are for gas. I have a 5 month old and when he was 2 months he would spit up his milk just like he drank it. My pediatrician changed his formula to Soy one for 2 months and It started to work the next day. He is now on regular formula and doesn't have a problem.. you should try changing the formula it even stopped the colic's and gas..

Those are for gas.

Your baby has reflux. While spitting up can be a pain as long as it's not projectile or causing the baby any distress than it is ok. Anything else should be treated with a perscribed antacid like pepcid.

Get theWal-Mart brand. They are the EXACT same thing and MUCH cheaper......the active ingredient is exactly the same.

I never used them for spit-up. I have a reflux baby and have to use Enfamil AR. But they work great for getting the gas out.

i used them and they didnt seem to work. My friend used them and they worked like a charm. My daughters pediatrician told me it depends on where the gas is building up in the babys system. I guess it depends on the baby or not weather the stuff works. when my daughter was that small she spit up like that too .. I guess she just had to grow out of it.

first try burping more. then try thickening formula up. like with cereal. try a different formula then if that doesn't work. maybe something with less iron. the baby might be hypoallergenic.

I think it depends
