I wana wake up early,,,but cant,,,some tips needed

when i put alarm on my phne
and in morning i pik and switch off the alarm so that i'll wake up again after 5 mintes ,,but i cudnt,,,,
kindly tell me some tips

1 help for this answer is you HAVE to go to bed early. I know it's hard especially if you're a night owl. I get tired between 6-8, but once I pass 8 pm, I feel like I'm wide awake. I watch some tv, then I watch more and more, next thing you know it's already 11 pm or so. Then you still have to wash up, change, brush your teeth, get ready for tomorrow, etc. Now it's already midnight! So you have to have discipline and have all your "chores" done early and make it a goal to go to bed around 9 or so. This is the most critical step. In order for you to feel awake and alert when your alarm goes off, you HAVE to go to bed early.



#2 Place your alarm clock (or phone in your case) out of your reach. This way when your alarm goes off, you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Now that you're out of bed, you can get your day started.



#3 Turn on all your lights. If it's bright outside or starting to get bright, open up your blinds/curtains.



#4 When you do get out of bed, turn up the volume of your radio, cd player or tv. Listening to something loud will distract you and pump you up for the day!



#5 Wash your face. This will help you feel rejuvenated.

Place the phone away from the bed, have some water by your bed and drink before shutting down your phone buzz, open the window, turn on the light, or in desperation, reach to your pubes and pull some... THAT will wake you up!

First off, go to bed sooner so you get more sleep. Second, don't have your phone right next to you when you wake up, put it across the room so you have to get up. Third, have something to drink right next to your phone so you can drink it while you are waking up. I know all about not getting enough sleep and not wanting to wake up, so try this, it works great for me.
